Excellent little bike! Shipping was fast! Perfect starter bike for my 9year old daughter, she was a little intimidated at first but with some proper training and reassurance she wants to ride it all the time now. I recommend this product.

When it was delivered the frame that it came in was damaged the muffler cover was damaged the rear tire was flat and it will not hold air trying to get a hold of somebody to get it fixed also I ordered red and Silver god solid black

I got a great scooter at a great price. I love my bike! I just wish that the paperwork was sent either with the bike, or in a separate mailer simultaneously. I'm still waiting to be able to use my bike. Also, I paid for expedited shipping and it was shipped standard.

When I placed my order the option for full (98) assembly was grayed out. I assumed it wasn’t an option for this model. I paid extra for faster shipping but it was delayed. Customer service in the sales was terrible. It came with several minor scratches, missing hardware, zero instructions, 1 headlight that works when you go to bright but the other works on dim. Not at the same time. Just make a video. I ordered my other scooter on Motobuys and it was a breeze. I’d give anything to be able to send this back.

Scooter came with severe damage! Entire box and metal frame were badly damaged and broken. Extremely disappointed! Going to try 1 more time!

It doesn't work it won't go the speed advertised the horn don't work and the speedometer does not work
