It's really bad scooter and really bad company. I ordered the scooter ( TAOTAO 50CC THUNDER BLADE50) on 07/06/2023 with the price is $999.95 plus assembly $49.95. I received it very fast in 7 days later (From Texas to Orange County, CA). However, when I opened it, the scooter had many damages, scratches and broken parts. Moreover, when I have tried to ride it, I have realized that the odometer of gas and mile do not work. I did send many pictures and file the damage claim to the company on 07/14/2023. They got my email and they emailed back to me on 07/18/2023 that they would send me the replacement parts. I have been waiting them but I have not gotten any respond. I called to the office on 08/14/2023 and talked with Myrna. She said that she would remind the customer service people. Until now 08/24/2023, I did not get anything from them. Finally, I am very very unhappy with this. I really highly do not recommend this company and this scooter. The product is from China, it looks like a toy, it is easy to be broken.
