Nice quick delivery want information on how to register my bike. Do I need a motorcycle license?

Once my scooter finally came in it was well packaged easy to Assemble I got pink and the color is way better than I thought I love it this scooter is a great purchase I'm happy I got it I highly recommend to any one I riding it every day

Ordered 250 rhyno both front wheels were warped from factory they refused to make it right would not give a referral to no body this is my 3rd one have ordered but will never do any more business with them not rate them 1star don't waste your time here very dissatisfied

Hi. Great buying experience. 2 comments: 1) when shipping a fully assembled bike. Make further skid modifications so the main stand doesn't slip between the slats...when i received, the bottom of the front paint was rubbed off from transport. 2) when shipping to states that require a Bill of Sale for DOT (IE: Pennsylvania) please include when shipped...unless there are reasons I can't think of. This is the second bike I’ve purchased this year. This one had an issue, but it was handled and resolved quickly. Upon arrival the bike had been jostled around in the shipping crate, and the rear tire had dislodged and was punctured. A new tire and tube was sent quickly and the bike works great. Thanks!

Definitely a solid supplier. I did fairly extensive research before purchasing, I originally selected the Vitacci Fighter with full assembly but then got a call after ordering that they could not fully assemble for California - the service rep was helpful and said the TaoTao Phoenix comes fully assembled. I went with that and they arrived within 2 weeks with acceptable updates from KMS and the shipping company Scooters came basically fully assembled with a small amount of gas in the tank So far they ride great!
