So far, everything has/was a good experience. Even the carrier, was considered about just leaving the crate by my garage. Now it's just up to me, to assemble the scooter. I've heard that assembly instructions are not included... 😲

Came faster than I expected it was crated well. It had some paint parts that were scratched up most likely from shipping. put together In an hours time. Runs and drives really well other than at times after you put in reverse you have to shut off to get back to neutral. I would buy another. Thank you.
