The site was easy to use. The wait is a bit long and I can’t rate anything else because I still haven’t received the scooter.

Didn’t fully assemble my bike . Moped cutoff a few minutes after it was turned on . When I first got it. I put a claim in and of course after dropping 1800 on their product. They take forever to respond and I still haven’t heard from them. Now I just have the bike sitting mind you it broke down basically day 1 . So there customer service sucks.

Great product! Easy to order but I called to check on shipping and the lady was not as friendly as I thought they should be as in “YOU will get an email letting you know” ok then!

Absolutely horrible instructions nothing saying to empty oil and put new oil in before riding. When you call you have to wait for someone to call you back. There’s no instructions for there’s a manual that is incomplete and there’s no where to get instructions that they are aware of so my experience with the two people that I have spoken with on the phone thus far have been not very helpful at all.

Update: they did ship the 2 tires with rims and hubs. They even made sure we received it before the weekend of my grandsons birthday. So he absolutely got to ride it and enjoyed every bit of it. I updated them to 5 stars. The only thing I would recommend is, maybe be able to do service calls versus having to do everything by email. It would take less time. As of right now it’s a 2 star as they didn’t ship the 2 front tires with rims with the atv. So in order for my grandson to be able to use it for his birthday we had to purchase a set of front tires and rims which was not cheap. We had to file a claim, which then takes 48 hours for them to respond then we have to wait for them to ship. So it wouldn’t have gotten here in time for his birthday. Everybody makes mistakes and as long as they ship the 2 tires and we do receive it I will then change my stars to 5stars. Other than the shipping issues the atv did get here faster than their shipping states on their website, also seems to run fine but can’t really truly test it out till he drives it.

Everything except a stick in the fuel filter(costing me $50) and one of the mirror screws not fitting i loved my purchase.
