Trucking company lost my shipment, but it was still delivered in time for the extra shipping cost that I paid

The Moped arrived with Oil all over the a Outside of the box and on further review it was Brake fluid which came from the brake box . Was sent a new box to replace the damaged one . But would have appreciated a small refund on the Delivery fee as I did pay the Expedited fee .

The shipping company has been awful to work with. Poor communication and lack of returning calls. Departments blaming other departments and I still don’t know when it’s coming officially. Very frustrating. As far as the moped goes….I don’t know yet. But I’ll happily write a review when it arrives.

I’m not too happy with this company . I ordered dirt bikes online many times and this experience has been nothing but frustrating and guess work . I am going to purchase another machine but I will be going somewhere else as my blood pressure can’t do another experience here
