I was able to get the deal of a lifetime by dealing directly with Customer Service on the new purchase of a "Tao Tao 50cc Pony Scooter". I am so excited and truly happy about my purchase. I've even recommended others to deal with "Killer Motor Sports" about making purchases directly through this company for all of their outside activities & rides. I ordered a bike for my son.Myrna was very helpful in telling me how it all goes. I recieved the bike on time 10 days later and right away I ordered the mco. I recieved the mco 4 days later. It was a very easy process and the bike is great. The price was excellent. I highly recommend using killer motor sports.

the ease of ordering was phenomenal,there was little extra goodies that's came with the scooter, took me a minute to figure out how to start the dang thing but finally succeeded. I absolutely love my scooter

I was expecting to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery since I requested my scooter to be assembled for me, instead it arrived in approximately 2 weeks after purchase. Extremely pleased with my new scooter! Excellent job!!!

Customer service was great, I do have a few small issues after putting it together, I am waiting to here back from customer service, some of the plastics came pretty scratched up and i am missing a few pieces

Bike doesn’t work they aren’t helping me

Basically, I thought everything was going great. I was expecting my purchase to arrive sooner than later, but I got an email stating that my purchase can’t be fulfilled and they were returning the money due to some thing about registration, which doesn’t make sense because I’ve ordered from you guys before and the purchase came, No problem. Yes, it was in a different state but if the moped/scooter needed to be registered, I could’ve registered it when I got here.
