Great service and fast delivery

Worst company to deal with , in June I bought a 250cc TBR7, they never sent the correct parts to fix it. They sent a truck up over 3 weeks ago, have sent 3 emails to them with NO REPLY as of yet as in do they have it yet? This is positively the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with in my life, do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase from this company. Up-Date, still no word from my 4 e-mails now, on have they received it yet, and what credit I am to receive, going on 7 weeks no reply now Had to use my wife's phone to call them, they called HER back in approx. 2 hrs., I took phone and spoke last Fri (3/31) to Myrna, who said no missed calls showed from MY phone ( I told her 10 calls Wed, and 10 more Thurs) but she said none showed on their end, also emails concerning this have stopped showing on her end for 6 weeks now. SHE said she would forward info etc. to resolve this. MONDAY, James called my wife's phone, I spoke to him and he demanded an Order # to help me with this. I said I had an invoice number, he said no it has to be order # (from last June 2022). I said I would have to dig through emails to find, and said he had NO KNOWLEDGE of my bike being returned. I have called 4 times twice with my phone and left msg to call it, and also 2 times with wife's phone and No msg, still no returns, EVEN THOUGH THEY NOW HAVE MY BIKE, and NO CREDIT has been issued or even verified they have it. Life learning experience for me, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT DEAL WITH KILLERMOTORSORTS, it will become your worst nightmare, as it has to me.

The bike, delivery, and price were great. But the bike wouldn’t start at first bc the fuel line was kinked. The customer service department was absolutely not helpful or very knowledgeable about the product.

I was impressed with processing and shipping time, but I was not impressed with the shipping quality. The back tire was shaved as if it was not package correctly. I have not written the bike yet, but it did come assembled and started well.

Everything out of the box looked good. Would appreciate a manual/tutorial of how to assemble the bike correctly without a doubt.

We live the scooter it arrived in a timely manner it runs well. It is exactly what we wanted. My husband has told many people to buy from killer motorsports because of the quality.

Rhe moped I ordered wasn't the right one. I ordered a blue moped and got a pink one. I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED and they told me I ordered Theo one I didn't order. They wouldn't send me the blue moped and for that I'm gonna put on the internet what happened. I hope you go out of business real FAST.
