Disappointing aftersales
The product itself is fine, delivery was great also. After sales service was disappointing to say the least. I phoned for some advice on fitting the door handles. I was told to Google it. ‘There’s plenty video on YouTube. We don’t give advice about fitting. We just sell them’. Not what you want to hear from the aftersales department.

From the first time we contacted Vibrant doors,the young lady we spoke to went out of her way to make sure the doors we wanted where in stock,the doors arrived on time ,the delivery driver kept us informed to wha time the delivery would and rang us on a couple of occasions to say where he was and what time to expect,overall a great experience with the company.

The doors are fantastic. I had an issues with the sizes as some were ordered incorrectly. There is no easy mechanism to return them. I Had to hire a van and drive from london to return them to ensure I met the returns policy in the timeframe.

Products arrived badly built took a hole extra day to repair shoddy work as my clients needed a door to the bathroom. customer service offered to replace or refund but had to turn it down as they wanted the old door back and my client had already paid me the fit price plus a day to fix it. They were uninterested in remembercing my clients money for wasting my time

Where do I start! rang to place an order on oak doors, the salesman checked stock and said everything was in. I paid in full for the doors, for today 3/5/24 the delivery arrived at my home as took day off. 2 of the doors was only delivered out of 7. Courier said to contact vibrant to which I did to be told….. out of stock til 20th! So with that, why take full payment, and more so no email or call before to tell me this….. no apology from the salesman but say you can have the remaining door money back. No point when if I do I have to pay for delivery next time as under the £750 free delivery. Hugely disappointed and now out of pocket significantly on earning and my clients unhappy with such late notice to not fulfill there job next week in full. Asked to speak to someone higher up and I get, there’s nothing else I can do!
