Doors were exactly as wanted. Delivered on time with call night before to check time; the delivery men were friendly & helpful, bringing the doors inside to where we wanted them!

the order process on line was easy and straightforward. They didn't have all the doors in stock at time of placing the order. However, it was made clear as to when the outstanding doors would be back in stock. what wasn't as clear, when ordering is that they would only deliver the order, once all the doors was in stock. Having said that, the doors arrive when they said they would and the guys that delivered the doors was awesome and carried the doors, to where my wife want then in the house.

Still have not received all the items I bought, spent over £3,00 on doors, handles and locks and had the worst experience I can remember for an online store. Inexperienced staff who just do not respond, blatantly lie about delivery times and just go missing when escalating an issue. No sense of urgency to resolve any issues and no appreciation for people trying to run a business. I have sent them my receipts for locks and handles I have had to source from elsewhere as they have not delivered as promised but so far without response or refund. These are part of Express Doors, my recommendation would be to not use either company.

Good service and a well made product

Excellent value for money! I had been quoted £3,000 for solid oak bi fold doors and an 8 week lead time. These doors look just as good when finished delivered in 10 days and at a third of the price! The only thing the fitter said was that you need to be very careful to get your frame fixing screws positioned so that the door stop covers them. I don’t think the measurement for this was in the instructions. Also we downloaded the instructions as the ones that came with the doors were tiny and hard to read. The product is veneered so you are unable to plug any holes as you would on a solid wood door frame.
