Fantastic service from Capital Repairs. Single call out fee so I knew in advance how much I would be paying (plus parts). Marcel was polite and professional - he diagnosed the problem with our oven immediately and had the appropriate part in his van. While he was there he gave me excellent advice on some of my other appliances and how to look after my oven in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will certainly use them again in the future.

My John Lewis induction hob developed a error 9 fault. I contacted Capital Repairs and they arranged for engineer to assess the fault. The engineer confirmed that the control panel needed to be replaced. Today the same engineer ‘Zolfe’ returned with the new part. Zolfe showed me the the old control panel and you could see a slight burn which had caused the hob to malfunction. I’m very happy with the service provided.

Engineer provided a 5 star service. I did have to call Capital to actually book an appointment considering the person I spoke to on Friday before appointment said a note would be put on their system for some to contact me as soon as the part was received, as I was without a cooker every time I turned on the cooker it would 'trip' all the electricity in the house.
