We thought we needed a new thermostat for our fridge. However the engineer who visited us soon determined that that the thermostat was not the problem. The fridge needed re-gassing, In view of the age of the fridge we decided to buy a new one.

Call centre working on Sunday. Engineer arrived on time with the right parts. Charges were reasonable.

Took three goes but they got there in the end!! Tenacious and courteous but worthwhile. We have a working fan-assisted oven once again and look forward to another 10 years of trouble-free service from our Hotpoint oven. Well done Capital repairs.
