excellent service

Spent £90 plus for engineer to come to look at washing machine he spent 5 mins on machine and told me bearings had gone he showed me how much bearings would cost for my machine around 90 pounds alarm bell began to ring when he said it easeir to do it myself. As company quotes no hidden charges one off fee and only parts are extra I asked him will there be any other charges he said no only for part. But when he left and said good luck I began to feel apprehensive. Company emailed me saying that because parts were over 400 pound it would be un reasonable to fix so bottom line is what they adervtise is only if it suits them money and time wise. tried to ask for explanation to why engineer quoted me one price and head office a different one and to date have been ignored AVOID AT ALL COST better off going to a local repair man

The Gentleman arrived, masked, and was totally up to speed with a very tricky and difficult repair to an oven door which was hanging on by one hinge. He did the job very quickly and whilst it was not cheap (£86.00) it was certainly nothing that I could have done. He was totally in command of the situation. Really good work Lionel Rose

Excellent service by Stuart, a very personable and knowledgeable young man. Came to repair my dishwasher, walked in and in a few minutes knew what the problem was and fixed it immediately. If only the same could be said for the young man I spoke to at the office today and previous engineer(s) that have called for repairs.

Jason did an excellent job of repairing our Falcon Range Oven. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

We had a problem with an old Elica Cooker hood. We thought it might need replacing. The engineer put everything right. He also came masked, washed his hands thoroughly. disposed of his rubber gloves carefully and did everything you could wish for in Covid times. The service we received couldn't have been better in anyway.
