.British Bird Control recently cleared the pigeons from my solar panels and fitted wire mesh around them, they did a great job, as I have a very crowded and busy garden, but it was not until later that I noticed the gutter had not been cleared below the solar panels. I e-mailed the company the same evening with an attached video asking why, as this was promised as a free extra service. Early the next morning I received a phone call and e-mail apologising it had not been added to the work order. I was offered either a reduction to the final bill or the guys would return and clear the gutter that day. I chose to have them return and clear the gutter, by lunchtime they had returned and completed clearing the gutter. All within 24hrs, great job done in the first place and excellent follow up customer service. Would fully recommend this company to anyone, Thank You.

Having a problem with nesting pigeons under solar panels I searched the internet and came across British Bird Control. Being wary I contacted them and thought I would give them a go. I am very pleased I did. Service was excellent and the staff friendly and honest. The operatives who cleared the birds and fitted protective mesh were excellent. Price was also very reasonable. Birds have now gone elsewhere!! I would would recommend them for your bird clearance problems.

The team were done in record time and the best part (no scaffolding!) means that was all there was to it - The doves are still roosting on my roof but I am sure they'll go when the weather turns again as they won't be able to use the solar panels as cover from the snow any more. Thank you!

I had the most awful pigeon problem under my Solar Electric Roof Panels. The path below was always strewn with garden material and droppings, the stench was dreadful and definitely a health hazard. I had already contacted another company who had "promised" an assessment - but they never materialised! I was so pleased a friend recommended British Bird Control to me. From my first contact with Dawn, the whole process was so easy. Gareth then rang me and talked me through the whole process. A date was given and sure enough two men arrived to sort it out. They were very professional and efficient. They did find three nests under the panels! The roof is now clean, the panels have a very strong wire around them and the path is clean - and no stench. The pigeons have tried to get back under, but try as they may they can't peck through the very robust wire! I would definitely recommend this company - 100%
