Very efficient and delivered what they promised. The fitters were friendly and have installed wire mesh around our solar panels which has upset the pigeons and Jackdaws who can no longer nest beneath them. We are however very pleased with the outcome.

On the day of the job the team that completed the job were great, very professional and even removed items (and cost) from my scope of works which I had already agreed to because they could see I would not benefit from it, this integrity is rare nowadays!

All dealings with the company were businesslike and pleasant. The team doing the work were courteous, explained what they were doing and worked in a speedy and careful way, ensuring that there was no damage to the roof and guttering and cleaning the site afterwards. I phoned British Bird Control (BBC) and after a brief discussion on the phone about a pigeon problem behind my solar panels, and was quoted a very competitive price. A deposit was paid and was given an approximate date for the works. I was given about a weeks notice for the work and the team turned up as arranged and were very polite and respectful. They were quick, clean and professional. Would I recommend BBC....yes of course I would.
