I got a fast, informative response to my initial query, we got the job done on exactly the date we wanted despite only a couple of weeks notice, everyone was professional, friendly and competent, and the job was done quickly and thoroughly. Good price too.

Pigeons!! They became a problem, both nesting under our solar panels and the droppings deposited. British bird control were great, swift and pleasant responses in both emails and over the phone. The two “nice young men” who did the work were from a similar mould. Pleasant , polite, tidy etc. The work was completed in a timely fashion and from the ground, the work looks to be quality. No complaints, at all, would thoroughly recommend. Pigeons moved away.

We've been suffering from pigeon problems with our solar panels ever since we moved into our new house a couple of months ago. I got a couple of quotes from a few companies in regards to resolving the issue here (some prices were unnecessary crazy), BBC offered the best value and seemed to have the best reputation when looking at previous reviews of them. The guys they sent to do the work on the day were brilliant and did a great job. So after nearly a week since the bird proofing on our solar panels was done, I can confirm that it's made a big difference - gone are the days when the pigeons would be waking us up around 5am and scampering on our roof all day! There are are still one or two around at times but they are slowing getting the hint now their previous 'home' isn't accessible to them anymore so move on after a short period. Thank you British Bird Control for bringing a lot more peace back to our house!!!

John and Barney, father and son came from British Bird Control to fit 25mm galvanised wire around our solar panels for squirrel proofing. John and Barney were excellent and completely swept up any fallen bits of wire. They came from Stanmore, Middlesex to our home in West Norfolk and arrived much earlier than our local electricians! They were fully Covid aware and declined any food or drink in case of any contamination. I would not hesitate to employ this Company again.

My initial enquiry was responded to immediately by Gareth Purnell. Gareth provided me with an outstanding reply; it explained everything I needed to know, if I wanted to use their service. Very impressive! The engineers Tom and Callum were extremely professional and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend and use this company again. This company were right on top of the job from day one. Helped me with planning the installation and then got their installers on site within a week to do the job. The installation was done very quickly and neatly within the space of 45 minutes and everything left neat and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending them for bird control jobs.

Company did fit the protection to the solar pan ems on time and did a good job. However made. I difference as pigeons remain and now making a mess of the solar panels. Phones as now three months and no solution and although they did come out and look at roof no further communication or suggested solution. Was assured by BBC that the pigeons would move after a couple of weeks, but now four months later and still there. Wasted good money on protection which hasn’t helped situation in fact made it worse due to mess on panels now. Re visit to clean panels and spikes fitted free of. charge to try and help resolve. Did have to spend a few evening to discourage the birds with use of extension cleaning pole, which has seemed to resolve the issue.

Had a very comprehensive quote detailing exactly what they would do for a very reasonable price. They managed to come a bit sooner than they expected. The two workers arrived on time and let us know by phone before they arrived. They were very helpful and efficient and completed the job quickly. The bird proofing worked straight away and there was no cooing the next morning. Over the next few weeks the feathers disappeared. We still have pigeons around because other people have not pigeon proofed their solar panels, but it is not causing us the problems it did.

After a real problem with Pigeons nesting under the solar panels especially in the last three years I knew action needed to be taken. First I used a couple of local lads who were cheap but only used a plastic comb type material which was useless. Only kept the pigeons out for a couple of days. Infact it made the problem worst as it helped to keep the nesting material up there. Then I got in contact with a reputable company who advertised nationally but wanted a small fortune to do it. Then eventually hired BBC. Quote was over half the other one. Very pleased with the result. Had the job done at the end of August 2020 and I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review. So far our roof is now pigeon free. It took a couple of months for them to move on, there was over 30 of them up there to start with. Even now one or two persistent ones try to get underneath but then fly off disappointed. They have all moved onto neighbours roofs who also have panels. So yes, the proofing works. Good price and well worth the money. No more sweeping the mess off the patio every morning, or having to clean out the gutters which were getting blocked on a regular basis. I rarely leave reviews, but as you read, I was impressed with this company
