I haven't been to work since late August and thks is the only time I use my card is for lunch... Something told me to check my balance and what do you know its a zero... I have my card in my hand so I don't under how my card was being used in other states. I just filed a report with customer service and im also telling my company about this...

I’ve been using wiredcard for about a year now. I usually check my balance using the app but for some reason sometimes I can login with no problem then sometimes I get an error saying”The network is currently unavailable. Please try again later” it happens more often so I have to call just to check my balance. Does anyone know what exactly is wrong or why it’s doing it better yet? And also a suggestion it would really be nice if we could see where we make our purchases in our purchase history instead of just seeing the amount we spent.

Ebenfalls das Portal Checkoutportal.com, eine Zahlungsschnittstelle für Shopbetreiber, ist absolut unseriös, ja sogar kriminell. Ein Kunde hatte aus Versehen eine Kartenzahlung getätigt. Wir wollten diese sofort zu 100% erstatten. Unser Login wurde dann gesperrt. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, wir dürfen nur eine Zahlung erstatten abzüglich Gebühren. NIE WIEDER

Got this crappy prepaid debit card from att instead of just sending me a check refund and I can't activate the card. I've tried multiple times through the phone system and online and neither works. It should be illegal to send people a refund this way. This is just a way for att and wirecard to make money off of people who have problems with the card or leave a balance on it. Just send me my money! This isn't a real refund.

Call wirecard to get my refund transfer to my account, I was trying to look the confirmation number up for my refund through att and the phone operator wanted me to hang up, call att to get my confirmation. The operator was rude and in a hurry. I wish att never would of forced me to use this service. This service represents At&T poorly.

0 stars!!!!!! I had to get a new card sent out to me after mine was broke, in order to do so I had to cha get my address which sent me to their fraud department... that was 2 months ago. Still don't have a card still can't get access to my paychecks. My only suggestion, DEMAND YOUR COMPANY DITCH THIS PAYCARD. You will have NOTHING but problems with them. Avoid like plague!!!!

I recently got compensation from P&G in the form of a prepaid mastercard and it seems that the site does not work at all. You will have to call them and when you do its very easy to activate your card. It only took me about 3 minutes

Absolute scam. Stole money from the prepaid card issued through their company. No wonder Germany is investigating their company as a scam!

Zero stars. I received a refund from Westjet onto a Wirecard. I should have had 2 years to use up the balance as it doesn't expire until March 2021. Last month I tried to check my balance by logging in. I could not access my account so I emailed. I received a response back giving me my balance total and apologizing for the inconvenience, and offering to send a replacement card. I sent my address as requested. A couple of weeks later I get an email saying they have received my email but they cannot send a replacement card as the account is dormant and if I want the money I need to fill out an Automated Clearing House form and provide a void cheque so they can transfer the money into my bank. Even if it was dormant, all that normally happens with credit cards is you pay a penalty fee and it is activated again. Something very fishy here that they just close off a card that hasn't expired yet and try to force me to give them my bank info after previously saying they needed my address to mail me a new card. No way I am giving my bank info so I am now out the balance. It is not worth the risk.
