Can't activate card! What a scam. Received a mastercard gift card for a Newegg computer parts rebate. Tried to activate card online, with the app, and 3 different phone numbers. No luck. **UPDATE** Rebooted phone and works now. Sorry

Donated plasma and got this card as my payment. All I did was go get gas with it and the next day I’m not able to use any more of my money because the transaction for getting gas is going to take up to ten days to go through. I’m very lucky I don’t urgently need the money. Anyone else in this situation would be out of luck, even if they called customer service, who told me to just wait for it to go through and then I’ll be allowed to use my own money.

The experience so far is okay... But whenever I try to login to my account it says access permission denied and to contact customer service.... Why??

suddenly began getting a charge to my Paypal account that I don't recall or recognize. How can I find out what I purchased? I do have a transaction ID.

Wollte mein Guthaben zurück - kann ja la. Bedingungen jederzeit von Karteninhaber angefordert werden. Antwort: Sie nehmen es als offizielle Beschwerde auf und schließen diese auch gleich weil ich die Karte virtuell benutzen kann. Ich kann mich aber gerne an einen Ombudsmann in London wenden. Mir entzieht es sich was Rückerstattung mit Kartennutzungsmöglichkeit zu tun hat. Fazit: Service am Kunden miserabel Vertragsbedingungen werden nicht eingehalten FINGER WEG kann ich da nur sagen

Worst experience ever. The card came from Verizon because I had a credit coming to me. Send me a check. This card is totally worthless. Unable to activate the card so not able to use. I cannot believe Verizon Wireless is able to get away with stealing money from their "past" customers & are using this "debit card" to do it. Here I come BBB.

Good day. I can't add my bank account(linked accounts) for transfer money from wirecard on my Ukrainian bank. I tried 3 times and as soon as i click on "submit" it returns me to the login page. Above it`s says " We are unable to verify your access permissions. Please contact customer service for assistance." Could you help me please with this?

Received a Wirecard. The expiration date was only 6 months after date of issue. Didn't try and use the card until the other day, and obviously it's expired. I call customer service and they tell me to bad. I had until April to renew it, nothing they can do. the money is theirs now. Sketchy..... but I guess what would you really expect from them!
