Das sind nicht nur Betrüge sondern auch die größten Verbrecher. Trotz Guthaben konnte ich heute nicht per Sofortüberweisung eine Transaktion mit der Begründung,falsche TAN,durchführen. Lächerlich.

This card is impossible to activate

This card is impossible to activate. I've tried the website, the app and the phone number. The website and app insist the information is incorrect even though I've triple checked it and re-entered it multiple times. The phone call gets disconnected in middle of activation or before. It took several calls just to enter the information, and then to listen to a long message while my card was supposedly being activated. It stated that I couldn't use the card until activation was complete, and then disconnected. There is no way to verify if it is activated. It seems to be either a scam or total incompetence. Proctor and Gamble should find a better way to give rebates. Its too much trouble for $15.

Very terrible customer service

Very terrible customer service. They overcharge in card fees one woman with all calls whom never gives a solution . can't use card at gas stations without double charging you putting more than half of your money on hold . charges your employer and still has the nerve to take the unearned fees every time.I believe this wire card is a fraud and would never recommend using if avoidable.

Terrible customer service. They don’t care about customers!

I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. The customer service is terrible. I had fraudulent charges on my card and immediately reported them. Then I sent their claim form back to them and they told me they didn’t receive it. I tired about every day for 3 months to send it only to be continually told that they had recieved nothing! When they finally recieved my paperwork they rejected my claim saying the time to report the fraud had passed and they could do nothing. Don’t even bother with these people they don’t care and will tell you lies just so that time passes and they can tell you you should have sent in the paperwork months ago. Which I did!!! Terrible!

Bilanz-Skandal - Anleger schauen in die Röhre!

Ich habe bis zur letzten Sekunde an dieses Unternehmen geglaubt, am ende ist es Zusammengebrochen und alle haben Splitter in den Fingern. Ich erinnere mich an die letzte Pressekonferenz wo Markus Braus sagte: ,,Willkommen an Bord James Freis'' In meinen Ohren klinkt noch heute leise die Titelmusik aus dem Film Titanic. Niemand scheint hier gut weg gekommen zu sein. Wer letztendlich schuld hat das ist schwer zu sagen, Ich wünsche allen Ehemaligen Mitarbeitern von Wirecard jedoch alles gute für die Zukunft.

Fraud backers

Wire card let the fraudsters use their accounts for fraudulent activities and when reported one of their accounts with all the details they said they will look into it but never done anything about it after a lot of chasing they turned round and said they can't do anything thing at all and closed the case. Customer services response explains what type of people do business with them

Nachdem boon planet mitgeteilt hat, dass die Bank zum 15.10.2020 schließt, habe ich Überweisungen auf ein anderes meiner Bankkonten bei einer anderen Bank getätigt mit dem Ergebnis, dass das Geld zwar sofort abgebucht wurde, aber die Überweisung noch nicht ausgeführt wurde. Offensichtlich ist der ganze Laden in den Betrugsskandal verwickelt.

AT&T needs new partner to distribute refunds!

I was sent a refund from AA&T using a Wired MC. Followed instructions on card and on the accompanying literature. Tried online and phone: NO GO every time, instructed to contact "Customer Service" for which there is no contact information. AT&T, you need to select a new partner!
