Another way for big wigs to screw over…

Another way for big wigs to screw over hard working people already struggling financially. The ONLY good thing I can say is the transfers are quick. Otherwise its just another greedy company eating your money. Even things they post as little to no fee on their official site have substantial fees. Put money on, there's a fee, have money on for X amount of time, fee, their approved vendors and ATMs, fees, just checking your balance? guess what- fee. Its absurd. Assume that, if you have no option other than using this service, about half of anything put in, under 3 digits, will go to ridiculous fees and surcharges. And their customer service is a joke, like most, outsourced to other countries with reps that barely speak or understand English and will quickly hang up on you if they can't determine the issue. Sadly more and more companies are going to this kind of rip-off payment scheme. These things SHOULD be illegal; It's a straight jack, nothing more. At least boycott them wherever possible.

Defaulty. Charged for Unexplained declines. BAD

My card was declined multiple times with a positive balance available. Then, not only did the money still leave the card but it also charged me a decline fee 4x for getting declined with money on the card. Now i have to dispute it in order to receive my money back 45 to 60 day later. And customer service wasnt any help either. Felt like they were freestyling me answers

Goodyear Rebate Rip Off?

Just got my Goodyear rebate card in the mail--worthless! The phone number to activate does not work. The number for customer service does not work. Sure seems like pure rip off to me!

Called several times about being locked out of my account after Citibank sold their part. They keep saying they unlocked it for me but it's still locked. Customer service is a joke here

Terribel experience for over a year

My husband and I have been using the Citi cards for about a year before the switch to Wirecard. While Citi had their issues, this is by far the worst. I can't log in to check his account balance and I know his password and username is correct. The site isn't user friendly and transferring money from his account isn't possible. We have to use the ATM which is just as bad as those hidden fees and then we got slapped out of no where a 13.00 maintenance fee. This was the first time we encountered a maintenance fee and it wasn't there before the switch from Citi to Wirecard. There should be a mailer to inform customers whenever there are any changes to accounts but that hasn't happened with this company. I'm disappointed and we'll be switching very soon to another institution.

This is a terrible company giving…

This is a terrible company giving tons of misleading information to their customers. There are numerous hidden fees they never explained to us, hidden service fees involved in the Wirecard M/C account, which is written in fine letters on the back of the Wirecard statement. For example, $3.00 monthly maintenance Fee and 3 % per transaction fee. AEP received the payment from me by mistake -- a quite substantial amount, which was mixed up with one of my other credit card account. It took 2 month for me to receive the refund by the form of the suspicious debit card from the Wirecard. I got an impression that every single Wirecard customer service rep I talked with was extremely dishonest. For example, there is no way registering the card on the web to transfer the fund back to my checking account. No ACH transaction is possible. The website that I could register for the M/C debit account does not exist. They clearly lied to me. I am sure they are violating some kind of bank law. Utterly tricky and shady. They are ripping off every bit of small fees accumulated from the consumers who do not read their "Schedule of Fees".
