Wirecard refusing to transact merchant refund...

I just got off a 20 minute call to Wirecard trying to have money returned to my account. Almost 24 hours ago, a merchant that I was at made an error by charging my card for the wrong amount, and this was immediately discovered at the merchant and a refund was issued before the correct charge was transacted. The refund receipt looked identical to the original receipt, only it was reversing the incorrect charges. Today, I went to the online interface for my card to find that the refund is not reflected. I called the merchant and was told that it takes 1-7 days for the refund to show up on my statement. I then called Wirecard to expedite the refund. I spoke to a customer service representative, followed by her floor supervisor. Both were complete idiots and were reading off the same script. The supervisor then transferred me to the corporate customer service and I still got nowhere. The Wirecard standard answer was that it takes 8-30 to transact a refund. In these modern times, money can be removed in the fraction of a second, by a merchant refund takes up to a month???? This is complete B.S.!!! The merchant immediately corrected their error and Wirecard just wants to keep my money in some sort of limbo for their uses when I need it. Totally unacceptable experience with a bunch of idiots. I hate this company. For others receiving money for services to a Wirecard account directly (like me), I strongly recommend that you withdrawal everything for cash instead of using it for any kind of payments.

System is always down and unavailable for hours at a time. Customer services are sub-par and it's just worthless to even call them. Horrible horrible horrible.

They Don't Care About Customers or Bank Fraud

Just got off the phone with a wirecard employee. About a week ago my card was hit with some unauthorized charges. I immediately called them and told them which transactions were bad. They reassured me that they would take care of the issue. 3days later I received a email saying they were trying to contact me but unsuccessful. They gave me a number to call that is just a voice recording saying no one is available at this time. Finally today I call and they tell me their investigation is done and no fraud charges were done to my account. OUTRAGEOUS!!! These pimps should be put out of business!!! Now I have to find another direct deposit before payday. Thanks a lot wirefraud. I will blog you until I hear you are no longer in business.

Horrible customer service

The websites setup to where you end up having to call the 866 number in frustration Because it will keep pushing you back, saying something was amiss. That's when they charge you Fees and undefined charges occur CONSTANTLY if you can... Do NOT use this card

Thieves

Company activated the card with no problem through automated phone system but then automated system will not allow me to register the card online so I am prevented from accessing the cash value on the card. Someone is making a good living by stealing from the rest of us.

Could not register my card online

Could not register my card online. Have to listen to I don't know how many menu items to find out how to get a hold of customer service. Once that happens they send me a form to fax and after 15 tries and only getting busy signals, I'm pretty well fed up

WIRECARD or CHECKOUT Portal Scammed us for $25,000 Never Never Never trust them They scammed us for $25,000 , we processed all our hard earn money of sales for the last 2 months and they hold the money. Didnt even pay 1 USD for the last 2 months. Finally we started calling our customer to raise chargeback on all the transaction. We eventually have to close the business because they scammed us so badly. I have to sell my car to earn some money to pay my employees. Because of them , I closed by webshop. WIRECARD or CHECKOUT Portal is a big fraud company , please be careful. I sincerely wish karma should come back and burn them out. They didn’t realized how they perish my family, my new born 3 month old child , my family. I lost all because of WIRECARD or CHECKOUT Portal

Never Prefer Wirecard

Never Prefer Wirecard ! Worst payment provider ever ! They don't protect sellers against possible frauds and chargebacks with no reasons. They charge 20 Euros per chargeback. They do never notify you about chargebacks and they just tell you to login to your account and check them regularly. Totally crap! Can easily be manipulated by scammers! They charge 5% reserve and you can not follow how much reserve they charge so far. If you want to lose money and dont make any profits, then use Wirecard!

Abstand nehmen von Wirecard

Ich nutze Wirecard als Business Kunde, haben deren System bei uns auf der Website für Kreditkarte und SEPA Lastschrift eingebunden. Die Gebühren sind höher als von Paypal, die technische Einbindung wirkt veraltet, das Backend für Händler ist es definitiv. Das schlimmste ist aber der Support bzw. die Verwaltung seitens Wirecard. Zahlungsavis und Rechnungen kommen unzuverlässig. Nachfragen beim Support sind jedesmal ein Irrgarten von Hin und Her-Kommunikation, selten mit einem positiven Ergebnis. Ich rate jedem Unternehmen ab, Wirecard zu nutzen. Aufwand und Kosten stehen in keinem Verhältnis zu den Vorteilen durch diesen Anbieter.
