Gave me a report that is available on the government website. Asked for more for a full report,paid , then was sent a sorry report not available email. No answer to emails, just a premium rate number to call to bump your costs up, save yourself time,money and stress by using a reputable company, not just one that pays to advertise

I spent £1.29 on a review from another website, and thought I would invest in a 'proper' HPI check from HPI Check, for £19.99 i got less information and more blanks than from the cheap check, most of the information was unavailable and asking me to contact them to provide it - ridiculous Avoid HPI Check - don't waste your money - if you spend a couple of quid, you will get better and more accurate results 'Our Customers Love Us' - have they read these reviews !!!

I bought their multicheck product in which one could do 3 checks. only to find out after my purchase that the voucher for the multicheck is only valid for 3 months. This was not clearly mentioned/displayed during my purchase (if it was i would not have gone for the multicheck). And when you engage their support they conveniently point you to where its hidden in their terms of conditions. Trustworthy companies should make it clear what you are paying for, not use clever tricks to make you buy something, and afterwards when you realize you've been duped conveniently point out where they have put the information.

I was obviously keen to make sure my new vehicle had no hidden history so gladly paid for the HPI check. How wrong could I be. The report came back with nothing but generalisation, "make sure you check this", such and such a detail is not available etc. Totally awful and I feel a massive con and rip off.
