Excellent service, would use again.

We booked 3 rooms through Elvoline. The hotel only had one reservation when we arrived. We tried to call the 24 hr help line. It’s just an automated recording on a loop. We had to book alternative accommodation....you have been warned!

Novotel was clean, quiet and in a good location. The hotel had very slightly dated decor, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Nos dieron una habitacion de un hotel que llevava cerrado mas de un año por obras. Al intentar contactar con ellos continuamente sale un contestador en ingles q termina desconectandose sin poder hablar con nadie. Los mails enviados no son respondidos. Pesima experiencia. Si hay problemas, no hay manera de contactar con ellos.

The Premier Inn Kingston is perfectly located close to the shopping and the river with all the charming restaurants. The staff at Premier was very accommodating and pleasant, and a special thank you to Gino, who seemed to be everywhere doing a great job!! Rooms were clean and comfortable and great for the price!
