AVOID! Non-existent customer service desk. Literally.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I had a booking which I needed to amend 3 weeks prior to my hotel stay, so as to check out a day sooner. Unable to do so online without a Elvoline account. I used their contact form, no answer, so a week later I emailed them directly. No answer. I tried using the phone number listed on their website - an automated message directed me to use email and the call ended. It is now a week AFTER my stay, and I have still not heard back from Elvoline, and I'm sure I'll never see my partial refund materialise. I regret having used them, and I'm glad I only got stiffed for a night's stay.. Wish I had read reviews prior to booking through them.

Elvoline is a very bad company, DO NOT USE

Elvoline is a very bad company, they say its easy to cancel a booking but you just cannot, eveytime I cancel my booking keeps saying error, when I call them they keep saying leave a message (there is no way you can speak to someone, every options says the same thing as it just says to leave a message), every time I leave a message no one replies. After a month of problems I called trading standards & my credit card company to get my money back, this took a lot of time. I have done many research & many people had the same issues I had. I strongly advise no one to use this company, they provide good hotels & prices which attracts peoples but as soon as you book it, you will have continues problems.

Smooth booking, great price

After I had booked a hotel in Toronto at a fantastic price compared to other websites (and almost half the price of booking direct with the hotel itself - Fairmont Royal York - awesome hotel, btw), I then began to question if this was too good to be true. I emailed the hotel directly and they confirmed the booking. When we arrived everything was in order, nothing to pay. There have been lots of bad reviews of Elvoline, but for me they were great,

Evoline did their job by making sure…

Evoline did their job by making sure that's my hotel was booked and everything went smoothly. The hotel I went to absolutely sucked but I don't think that is their fault. As far as I know this company is just responsible for making the bookings and the arrangements.
