Ibis hotel Brighton

Right next to the station. A short walk to the seafront. Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff especially Jessica.

qdo cheguei no flat a recepção não…

qdo cheguei no flat a recepção não visualizou minhas 2 reservas, um dos quartos estava errado e se não fosse a recepcionista do hotel não teria a quem contatar para resolver o problema da reserva não encontrada... Elvoline não possui fone de contato para nos ajudar com problemas.. não reservo mais por Elvoline.

Schönes Hotel mit einem traumhaften…

Schönes Hotel mit einem traumhaften Pool und Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Hochzeitsfeiern sind etwas nervig und die nächtlichen Aufräumarbeiten danach (Stühlerücken) waren sehr störend. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

DON'T USE ELVOLINE! I have been trying to cancel a hotel booking for two weeks due to losing my Thomas Cook flights. I have sent message after message to them. Their phone says, contact via the website and you can't actually speak to anyone. No response to any of the e-mails or messages. Absolute nightmare!!

I emailed support twice to have a reservation changed and both times received no reply. You need to improve both support and communication.
