Warnung ELVOLINE ohne Customer Service

Prepaid Voucher über Elvoline für Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Im Hotel lag nur Reservierung für Bergblick vor. Elvoline Hotline nie erreichbar. Keine Antwort auf Beschwerde email. Keine Problemlösung seitens Elvoline. Warnung!!!!

Lack of maintenance

It is the best hotel on the island, but it does not meet the 5 star standards. The facilities are without maintenance especially bathrooms, dining rooms, tableware and lights. The show is bad and the cleaning services are poor. There is no room service and after 2 AM there is nothing to eat or drink.

WARNING WARNING NEVER GO NEAR THIS SITE - THEY ARE FRAUDS AND WILL NOT RETURN REFUNDS WITHIN THE FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD. THEY ARE POCKETING PEOPLES MONEY EITHER THROUGH NOT DOING THE BOOKING OR NOT GIVING REFUNDS. SEE NUMEROUS TRAVEL REVIEW WEBSITES - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. RATING IS MINUS 5 STARS I have a booking for a hotel in Dallas for three nights starting 19 May 2019. I have been attempting for the last week to contact Elvoline to cancel and they do not reply to emails, messages on their customer support page, or Facebook messages. I am still able to cancel without cancellation costs and receive a refund. If anyone knows of their wholesale travel provider in the USA please post to this webpage. They have one in Australia but is only for Australian travel. The wholesaler should make good on Elvoline's broken promises. Alternatively contact webpages like Trip Advisor (how I found them) to ensure they don't do business with them. There needs to be consequences for their unscrupulous operating practices. This webpage Truspilot also needs to downgrade their trustworthiness rating also.

Hola! Realmente la experiencia con el personal fue muy buena pero nos hemos perdido un dia entero ya que el dia 13 nos fuimos muy temprano a las 6 de la mañana y el 9 habíamos llegado a las 6 de la tarde, perdiendo al menos dos desayunos y un almuerzo. El servicio de trasporte es malo. Por otro lado, hizo falta fundamentalmente bebidas como cerveza y hierba buena para el tradicional mojito.
