Great location & view.

The booking was easy and the hotel very nice, however the hotel was changed without telling me, which caused some major confusion. I would book through Elvoline again.

Hotel nice in the center, parking garage is for nothing if you leave the hotel on Sunday to 8 o'clock. Great to go in the neighborhood. You can easily reach the harbor and the bus to the Liberty stadium

Eficiente y serio

After having reserved and payed a room with see view i had only a standard room payed the price of a room with see view: it was clearly because of elvoline. trying many, many,many times to contact elvoline i am still waiting for an answer: nobody answer phone calls, nobody answer emails.

Site sans aucune fiabilité quant aux réservations effectués. Nous n'avons pas eu la catégorie de chambre que nous avions réservés et payé. Pour régler ce litige, aucune possibilité de les joindre que ce soit par téléphone, email ou chat. Site à ne surtout pas utiliser.
