cheap and clean hotel and very close to the center

I booked and paid for a pool villa and it was stated on my invoice but with the resort you booked a garden villa The resort was still nice enough to honour my invoice but I will have to follow it up with PayPal as the resort deserves the correct payment A little bit of false advertising

More than 2 days waiting for a solution from Elvoline and no answers. I booked a Single Room 1 Bedroom Residence at Veranda residence Pattaya, Last month ( 26 April, 2019) and when arrived to the hotel (4 may, 2019), they told me they didn’t receive any booking from you...still waiting for a solution from Evoline.
