Nice atmosphere in the clinic. Friendly reception and qualified specialists.

I was very nervous of the scan and they made me feel at ease and talked me through it. It was quick and I had the cd of the scan immediately. The results I saw at my consultants were thorough and explained clearly

Though there were initial hiccups in the appointment and location, the personnel were quick to resolve and make me feel special. The Admin Manager and Doctor that carried out the scan were FANTASTIC!

I asked for MRI report to be given on physical copy, they made me come there with massive leg pain, when I came they didn't give me all reports, only one of the reports , I had to call few times to get that sorted, NHS has better service than this. Process of actual MRI was better and no complains there.

A very slick, professional and friendly environment. If I have to go back for another MRI Scan I'll happy go back here.

I would definitely recommend Lycahealth Canary Wharf. The receptionist are friendly and always very helpful. I have always been able to get an appointment that suited me. My surgeon, Amer Khan, is excellent, I could not praise him enough! My physiotherapist, Raj and Katazyna are also brilliant, as well as the other staff at lycahealth who will ask how you are etc.
