Very difficult to get an appointment as the receptionists are not as efficient as they should be. Once you get beyond them the doctors & facilities are very good

Every staff and the doctor was very patient and kind with my bringing 3 active babes. Doctor spent much time, consulting me in detail and arranged the next step very quickly. Very good location for local people too.

Doctor misdiagnosed causing unnecessary …

Doctor misdiagnosed causing unnecessary stress. Had to go elsewhere to get a proper examination & tests and turned out the Lycahealth doctor diagnosis wasn't correct and I'm healthy. I would never go back here.

Some teething issues with booking but great when on site.

There were clearly some teething issues with the booking as there was confusion over whether I had a booking or not. One site seems to have taken the booking, but did not put it in the booking system. This resulted in >10 calls from or to me the day before my appointment. This should be easy to fix. Suggest that this is resolved as it seems a different site took the booking and Canary Wharf site were unaware of it. My appointment, as per my confirmation email was for 1400, yet I got a call at 1359 (as i was arriving) asking if i was on my way, indicating i was late. Nothing in the email suggested that I should arrive early to complete paperwork. Suggest the email template is updated to make clear the time that we are required to arrive, if it is not the appointment time. My treatment on site was excellent. The facilities were modern and clean...excellent. The staff on site were courteous, professional and helpful...excellent My follow up request for a CD of my MRI was fulfilled within 2 hours.
