On 6/13/2024 at around 4:00PM i received a call from a Sales rep-Mike Miller-regarding a "Vacation Package" through VacationOffers.com that included an initial vacation of 5 days and 4 nights to Las Vegas along with other add-on free-vacations and Air fares. The package was $1048 and seemed to be a value with the additional vacations/Air-fare. I specifically asked Mike if the additional vacations/air fares required that i have to go through the "Vacation certificate" process to get the add-on's and his answer was "no" and that i would book those through VacationOffers customer service line. I asked this because i was "burnt" on that process with another vacation club a few years ago-process takes 3 months to finally book the vacations at properties that were 3 Star or less and at very "off peak" times. I called VacationOffers customer service number after purchasing the package to discuss booking the add-on's later and the process involved and was told i had to wait till after the initial vacation to Las Vegas when i would receive the "vacation certificates" and i would need to follow that process to book them with the third party. I told the Service rep that i wanted to cancel the package as i had been lied to by Mike Miller and she said it was non-refundable. Also called back corporate line and was told the same. A real SCAM. I am protesting the charges with my credit card company now.
