I called earlier and was misinformed, but I called again and was able to say what I had to say without being interrupted and was helped. I really appreciate it the second customer service rep. The first one repeatedly cut me off in the middle of my conversation.

Presentation was ok but didn't get our gift

The presentation was fine and I liked that they paid for the Uber to the presentation but did not pay for one for use to get back to the hotel. That was our expense. After the presentation we were told we would get an email with our gift I waited 24 hours and still we didn't receive our gift. When I called the next day the CSR said our gift was no longer available. Apparently this changed in 24 hours. She said the new gift was now a restaurant gift card for dinner for 2. I explained to her that I had a family of 4 and it was 4:00 and we already had dinner plans. She said sorry that's all she had and afte lr telling her that this wasn't great customer service (which was stressed strongly during the presentations) she said sorry and then hung up. I called back and got a 2nd CSR and asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me that they were all on the same level and after explaining the situation she said "let me put you on hold and ask someone what we can do". I am assuming she had to ask a supervisor... She did come back with a $50 American express card. I accepted the gift but was not happy with the overall experience.
