Great ottoman storage bed, very quick delivery, highly recommended

I received my bed base last week which was most over a week after ordering it which was good service. The base is really good quality & with side opening rather than drawers the storage space is amazing. The delivery drivers were also excellent. All in I’m delighted with British Bed company & would definitely recommend them.

I asked for divan drawers at the foot end of the bed but they came at the head end which is totally impractical. Also this did take quite a long time to arrive. Otherwise it's a great bed and beautiful headboard easy to put together and good value for money

Kept fully up to date with production details. All within timescales. Very pleased with product. Delivery service excellent. Would recommend.

My wife had a problem getting in and out of bed. So we decided to lower the base. The one we bought was the only one I could find. It was delivered on the schedule day and our old base was taken away. My so and I \found it fairly easy to put into place. The only problem was that one set of gliders and joining clips was not in the delivery. Gliders and clips were sent but unfortunately it took two days to be delivered. This is why I could not give you a 5 star rating.

The sample they sent were great to get a visual of what it would look like. They made the bed in less time than expected and also the quality is brilliant. So easy to assemble! Currently decorating our next room and will be looking at ordering again. Thanks

Very good service with a very good delivery team. Very pleased with the quality of the Ottoman double base unit and will shortly be ordering a headboard.
