We ordered a bed frame. When it arrives, some components were missing. Customer service responded quite quick and resent the missing parts. But we still encountered multiples issues when we installed. The tool which came with it did not work well. We ended up using our own tool and figured it out by ourselves. The installation manual is not easy to understand. It was a very frustrating process to be honest. But I have to say that the bed frame looks good and the quality is not bad.

We ordered our bed online. There was a large choice of colours and materials and we found the perfect colour and material to suit our room. When I rang to speak to customer service, they quickly responded, were very helpful and professional. Our bed looks and feels very luxurious,we absolutely love it.

Once my choice was made, I was kept informed of progress right the way through to delivery and the guys who delivered the headboard were polite and courteous too.
