The bed I ordered is beautifully made and exceeded my expectations for what I had paid. Delivery went smoothly and the bed was incredibly easy to assemble.

The 2 part divan base was very well made and all sides covered in the material I had selected. Unfortunately there was no slot to join the two parts together with the U-shaped clam provided, so I had to cut 4 slits in the bottom covering to facilitate this. Apart from this I am pleased with my purchase.

British Beds Direct. This is a very good company with very good products. We've now bought three of the headboards. Not the ones that go to the floor.) The only minor point is that the bolts holding the headboard to the bed could really do with a larger head to stop the bolt crushing squashing the wooden supports slot. This only requires a couple of washers to fix but I've had to now find three lots of of washers!

Great communication, fast replies and plenty of options. Delivered on expectations of delivery - it was when you said it would be. No complaints all round.

We ordered a headboard from British Beds Direct, order was placed and confirmed on 29th Jan, order dispatched 7th Feb. Got an email from Serene Logistics to advise of a delivery date 16th Feb between 1pm and 4pm. Received a phone call 20mins beforehand to say they are on their way. Absolutle lovey guy delivered our goods, it was in good condition, well wrapped, well made, and now takes pride and place in the bedroom, honestly, can't fault the product or the service.
