Bed was good value, delivered as promised by pleasant drivers. When I contacted them over a defective part they sent a replacement quickly

There were small dirt marks on the top of the head board. Lucky after some TLC and research I got them off after a few days. But I would of liked it to been perfect when it arrived

Hi service was fine although we didn’t get a 30 minute notice call and instead the delivery drivers just turned up out side our house and informed us they were outside which resulted in my having to quickly go and wake my daughter up so we could then take her mattress out of her room ready for them so it would have been nice to have the call 30 minutes prior as we were informed,apart from that the bed is of good quality and our daughter loves it and we will be purchasing a matching headboard a little later in the year. Thank you

Delivery timescale much longer than we anticipated. Ordered ottoman bed which came in 2 halves and fabrics are different on each.

Straightforward to decide what we needed to order, prompt arrival of fabric samples. good communication about delivery, and was on time and helpful delivery driver and mate.

I have purchased 3 beds during the last year from this company. Delivery has been made within the times quoted and drivers have arrived on time. Customer service is great. Beds are well made and easy to put together. I received text messages and emails keeping me up to date on progress.

I placed an order online, then canceled my order before the delivery on 12/01/2023. I have been waiting for the refund since then. Mr. Suman Shrestha keeps lying by saying that it has been refunded, and the amount would be in my account within 2-3 days. It has been one week. I chased him today again about the refund. He responded that it was through PayPal now. I didn't make the payment through PayPal. He is lying again. This is downright theft. Stay away from this company. They are fraud.

Ordered in time for Christmas based on the timeline on the website, and it was delivered 6/1/23. Bed is good quality - took a while to put together but it looks really good.

We bought matching Lenny contemporary ottoman and king size headboard in Kalahari Honey. The discounts were a bit confusing online and it took a little sorting out on the phone but the advisor was very helpful and accommodating. The products were delivered by Serene Logistics in the timeframe expected and the delivery driver was great. Both the ottoman and the headboard are excellent quality, as described and good value for money. Very happy 😃 thanks BBD!!
