Loved being able to choose colour and design of bed, ordering and delivery were good however it took longer than the 14 days as advertised and we had some brackets missing to join bed together but this was soon sorted by very helpful staff.

I was kept informed all the way from order to delivery via text.Was given 1hour window for delivery then 30mins. They followed my instructions perfectly which made it easy for all of us. Very helpful young man. I am thrilled with the bed & mattress, even better quality than expected. I strongly recommend them

Swatches were sent quickly and once ordered the bed was delivered in 8 working days. The bed and headboard are absolutely great. Really well made and comfortable. The storage is brilliant. We went for half ottoman, half drawers which is such a good idea. Pricing was really good value for money too, so what more could you ask for?

I ordered an ottoman small double bed base and am really pleased with it. It looks really well made- feels very sturdy and substantial. There's an enormous amount of storage space and the cavities are smooth, no rough edges to catch on. The finish is lovely and all at a really competitive price. I'm very pleased I chose British Beds Highly recommended.

Great sturdy bed with a strong bottom, which was a big concern. It’s more difficult to lower the tops than expected and if you screw the tops together even more so. I’m hoping that it eases over time. The picture of the gas lift also doesn’t look the same for the double bed, which made me think it was installed incorrectly. Very good value and suits our needs perfectly though, aside from the above mentioned. Very happy we found them and will use again!
