Their prices are good and their beds are well made. In addition, we needed to speak to them about installing a headboard and gas pistons in an Ottoman bed and they were very helpful, even sending us a video.

Headboard is excellent. It arrived on time and was well packaged. The fabric is lovely. I’m very pleased with the quality.

Bed is great exactly what we wanted. Delivery was not so great… Had email and text confirming my order was to arrive between 5-8 on a Sunday night which I thought was an odd time for a delivery especially on a bank holiday weekend… It also stated they would ring 30-60 mins before arrival to keep me updated. So at 3pm when I had a call to say I’m outside your house and I said oh I thought you were coming at 5 onwards and he laughed I was not best impressed. He said I could leave it in a safe place. A bed outside my house? Luckily my neighbour came out and he just handed her the phone mid conversation to me and she agreed to keep it on her drive until I got back. This also meant that my boyfriend would have to put the bed upstairs by himself as I'm currently heavily pregnant. So all in all bed 9/10 Delivery 3/10

Absolutely fabulous divan bed base and headboard .. we couldn’t be happier with the quality for the price .. fabric feels much more luxurious than I thought it would be .. the stitching and finish it excellent and the delivery was within time stated .. delivery guy was great too ..

We are pleased with the quality of the product and the delivery process but feel we didn’t get what we had ordered. The reason being is that the image on their website at the point of ordering clearly shows the foot end of the divan as being in one piece telling us that the join in the divan was side to side. What we got was in theory 2 3’ beds that can only be placed side by side which obviously leaves a curved join between the 2 halves right on show as you enter the room.

Swatches arrived quickly and the process of ordering a headboard was easy . The delivery came within the time frame quoted and I am very happy with the quality of the headboard and I would definitely use British Beds Direct again .
