Our bed delivered without legs and the bed looks nothing like the picture online. Repeated attempts to contact customer service and organize a return have been ignored.

Really good company. I ordered a new mattress -sophia penelope brier latex medium double. My old mattress was an expensive one but after 3 years it became really uncomfortable for me so I started to surf the Internet for a new one. I read reviews and looked at many mattresses. I finally chose one and so glad I picked this company . After months of backache and uncomfortable sleep I'm finally having a good night's sleep and no pain. The mattress is supporting my body properly. I love it. I paid a lot less for this new mattress than the very dear one I bought 3 years ago. I had to call them about delivery date and they were very helpful with this . Really pleased with the new mattress. Thank you 👍 😊
