Alice was so helpful. After installing and having my first treatment it was 9pm, when I noticed I thought I had a problem with the machine. I went into the website to see who I can call the next day or email them about it. I noticed they had live chat, and I was able to figure out what I did wrong when I installed chatting with Alice. I love that they were available even that late and didn’t have to wait until the next day. Definitely would recommend that you get your machine with Surebeauty. I’ve only used my machine once so far but I’m excited for my need treatment.

Machine came shortly after it was shipped in perfect condition with all of the parts working. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but have already seen results. So far I am impressed and hopes that it continues working as good as it does now.
