The RF handle on this machine heats up nicely. I was impressed with that. I previously had an S shape and I was not happy with the handle on it. The EMS pads are really strong. I’m only able to get them up to level two. I’ve only used this machine a couple times so I have not seen any results yet but so far I am pleased with how everything is operating. Also, very pleased with customer service with answering questions and responding back to me promptly.

Surebeauty shipped quickly, no hidden fees, via fedex. The vacuum hose came very beat up and the bio head wasn’t lighting up, surebeauty sent replacement heads immediately. 10/10 customer service and true to advertised machine.

I have not received the product however Surebeauty has ensured that I have been taken care of and appreciate it due to the postal strike

I'm enjoying the use for Skin Tightening and Butt Lift in my Body Sculpting Services.

The machine appears to function however the instructions (or lack of them) are hard to follow. A video would be more successful maybe or an actual booklet. The very basic instructions and don’t explain how to use the actual devices and I’m still unsure how to turn them on or use correctly.

They are so responsive with amazing customer service!
