Received email that the product I purchased was out of stock and they would send something similar. However it was not. Requested refund. Received no follow up. Requested refund again by email. No response until dispute was made with PayPal. Tried calling telephone # and whatsup app #. No answer. Finially a week later got a message a shipment was made by fedex. I requested information as to what machine was being sent or why refund was not done. Again no response. StAy away. Buy from somewhere else, preferably in the USA.

Great Service

I just knew my order would take a long time to get to me. When FedEx took my order off the truck, I could not believe it was here already. Phenomenal service and they stayed in constant contact with me along the way.

I received a defective machine and…

I received a defective machine and immediately messaged the company to let them know, i sent a video of the machine leaking water and i asked what i had to do to send it back and receive my refund. This is the response i got. Me: “The cup doesn’t appear to be broken, do i just put it back in the original package and mail it back to get my refund? “ Sure beauty: “Hello, my friend, if the machine is not broken, you need to bear the return shipping cost because you don't want the machine“
