I ordered the Airstorm 2.5. I’m hoping this machine does what it states . I received the machine within 7 days of my order and the hook up was so easy. Every wand has labeling on the machine as to where it hooks.

I have ordered 3 machines from this company and never have had any problems. I do not like that they don't come with manuals BUT all of them come with easy to understand on-line manuals and videos. How to put together, and operate. There equipment is very spa ready and luxurious. I will continue to order from them.

What I loved the most about surebeaty was the timely response to my million and one questions before I purchased my 160mw lipo machine. They came with a manual to ensure comfort with using my machines aside from my own learning experiences. Two-I did not receive a piece for my machine and I contacted support.
