Car was clean, everything worked fine. The shutle stop (it is not marked there) is in front of exit 3 aeroport Bari. I recomend to call agency you are waiting there. Only two desks worked. And long que. We was waiting for 3/4 hour. We made the photo of the level of fuel tank. There was cca half. When we return the car, we tanked the petrol on the same level. Nobody from the agency solved it. Everything was smooth.

AVOID AT ALL COST
DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM FELIRENT BARI AIRPORT !!! I had a terrible experience with this car rental agency and if I could, I would give them a zero-star rating. Firstly, be aware that using a debit card will require you to purchase an expensive insurance policy costing around 30€ per day. What was supposed to be a 70€ rental for 5 days ended up costing me 200€ due to this hidden charge. On top of that, they also debited a 300€ deposit. Be aware that this is not just a simple card imprint, and the refund of the deposit may take weeks after the check-in. Secondly, make sure to thoroughly inspect the entire car before driving off, especially the key-lock. I made the mistake of assuming it was working fine since the electronic button on the key opened the car door. However, when I returned the car, they claimed the key-lock was broken and tried to charge me 450€ for the repair. It's very likely it was already broken when I got the car. Interestingly, I stumbled upon another review detailing the exact same situation... They also insisted I fill out a document describing an incident that never happened. I refused and made it clear that I wasn't responsible. I tried reaching out to the customer service of the Bari Airport rental agency to let them know how incredibly disappointed I was with their behavior in this situation. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them, which is quite frustrating. To protect myself from any further charges, I decided to block my credit card so that they can't take any more money from me. I've also contacted my bank insurance to get a refund of the 300€ deposit that was unfairly taken from me.

No quiere pasarnos el auto ya pagado
La persona que nos atendió no quieres pasar el auto porque su jefe no le contesta, una falta de respeto esta tienda hace como que lo llama y corta al frente de nosotros, teniendo mi licencia de conducir al día y la internacional sacada vía web. El auto ya lo habíamos pagado por vía web y llegando acá no quieren hacer devolución del dinero ! Pésimo servicio no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

UNA VERA TRUFFA... olbia agosto2024...noleggio auto pagato un mese prima sul sito dove trovi tutte le tariffe ..pago un broker discovercars.com che dopo aver pagato mi mandano tutto il contratto e scopro che auto la dovro' prendere al desk di FELIRENT... su contratto discovercars non dice altro che auto prenotata e nessun limite ..arrivo con un ora e 30 di ritardo causa fermo in aereo per ritardo alle 13.00 rispetto alle previste 11.30 e appena sceso da aereo chiamo al numero indicato su contratto, dopo 30 minuti di telefonate (ho screen shot di tutte le telefonate fatte) sempre occupato riesco a contattarli, la felirent per ritiro auto e mi dicono che dato che sono trascorse 1 ora dal momento indicato per il ritiro l'auto non e´piu disponibile e praticamente dicono arrangiati tu con il broker..e nel mentre io con una bimba di 7 mesi sotto il sole della sardegna di agosto.. praticamente nulla perso soldi e auto e protesto con broker che alla fine non mi risponde piu..questa recensione e´per la pessima FELIRENT e la DISCOVERCARS..conclusione ho dato mandato ai legali… PS: io ho pagato deliverycars e ho ricevuto da loro indicazioni e contratto e sui loro moduli non c’erano vs condizioni! Inoltre aereo e ha fatto ritardo da quando siamo entrati nell’aereo attendendo il decollo! Comunque sentirete presto mio cognome.. e’ una truffa e lo sapete

Don't waste your money
They have completely ruined our holiday in northern Italy. Flight delayed by 1 hour but we phoned them from the airport to let them know we had arrived and waiting for the shuttle. They also had the flight details. When we arrived at their office they abruptly told us they hired the car to someone else because we were 1 hour late!! No other cars available. They told us to go back to the airport to find another car hire company. Nothing available because of a major event. Now we are stuck in a small village unable to tour around. This company should be shut down!!!

Avoid Felirent at all costs
Felirent was happy to pick us up from the airport and then tell us that as we were more than 60 minutes late from our stated pickup time (despite us stating the Flight number which was delayed) that we no longer had a booking and nothing they could do about it. They did take us back to the airport where no hire cars were available. Essentially stranding us at our apartment which was not on a major public transport route. I would avoid this company at all costs and definitely not use Economy Car Rentals who are just as conniving and despicable.

We recently rented a car from this company. Unfortunately I was charged 322 euro at the office before getting the car to get their own insrance, more than twice as much that we paid for the car rental. Was told that I will get 100 euro back in refund and when I checked we only got 39 euro back without any explanation! I emailed them back waiting for a reply!!! Actually they replied back on whats app that thwy took administrative fees of 61 euro since there was a scratch on one of the mirrors. So what did I pay the 37 euro daily insuranve for? Never had such a bad experience with Car rentals before. This is pure day light robbery. Avoid renting from FELIRENT. Complete disaster

Outright scam. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Arrived at Milan Malpensa airport, company representative nowhere to be seen (NB they don’t have an actual branch at the airport so you’re reliant on them driving you to their office) and would not pick up the phone. When we finally got through, unfriendly representative told us they cancelled our booking - aka they stole our money and refused to give us our paid for car. Their excuse was that we were too late. However, they had the flight number so would’ve known about the 45 minute delay of our flight that was clearly beyond our control. On the phone they played games throughout, blaming all sorts of absurd reasons for why this is all beyond their control and they can’t just give us our car. Mind boggling that they get away with this shameful scheme.

Il peggior car rental per le vacanze
Ho noleggiato un’auto con Felirenr per le vacanze in Sardegna - aeroporto Alghero: - auto consegnata in ritardo, la spia del controllo pressione gomme si è accesa dopo 30 km il ritiro. Una delle ruote era palesemente sgonfia. - no liquido tergicristalli - ho pagato 200 euro non preventivati per pagare con debit card - non ci sono praticamente operatori disponibili, all’andata solo uno e al ritorno alle 18 nessuno per la riconsegna. Fuori dalla sede c’erano 15 turisti americani ad aspettare da 3 ore che qualcuno si palesasse. - la macchina è stata consegnata sporca e puzzolente perché l’auto lavaggio era fuori servizio - al ritiro nessun operatore ha fatto un check della macchina, per cui ho passato mezz’ora a fare video e foto ad ogni graffio presente Il malcontento delle persone è così forte che all’interno dello store un cartello dice: per favore, anche se siete arrabbiati non prendetevela con gli operatori
