a Brindisi molto cordiali e disponibili, ma la Felirent ben poco raccomandabile
sinceramente ho ricevuto un ottimo servizio da parte del personale Felirent c/o l'aeroporto di Brindisi. Nulla da eccepire o criticare. Ma....ecco, c'è un grosso MA: ho ricevuto una multa (solo e tutta colpa mia!), che è stata inviata a Felirent inquanto proprietario, e ci sta, salvo che Feliret me l'ha girata METTENDOMI IN CONTO E FATTURANDOMI € 42.70 PER LA GESTIONE DEL VERBALE (aver girato il mio recapito alla polizia urbane della città, nulla di diverso!!!) La Felirent ha chiamato questo costo a fattura "SPESE DI GESTIONE MULTE", io viceversa lo chiamo "PRELIEVO SCANDALASOLO PER FAR SOLDI IN MODO FACILE". E' evidente che la gestione della multa a Felirent costa praticamente nulla, e chiedere € 42.70 è dimostrazione certa che lo fanno per lucrare. Va detto che a contratto che si firma, è dichiarato che in caso di multa...ecc ecc Ciò nonostante personalmente lo ritengo assolutamente PER NULLA SERIO, MA SINTOMO CERTO DI AZIENDA NON RACCOMANDABILE

We rented a car through DoYouItaly.com from Felirent at Cagliari Airport, Sardinia, from September 24th to September 30th, 2024. We prepaid €178 for a Fiat 500, including full insurance with no additional fees for peace of mind. However, when we arrived to collect the car, we were told that my debit card was not acceptable. We were given two options: either contact DoYouItaly to modify the booking (which was not possible) or pay an additional €32 per day for a new insurance policy due to my card type, totaling €192. With two small children and it being late in the evening, we had no choice but to pay the extra amount. Additionally, we were charged a €100 deposit, refundable if the car was returned with a full tank and in good condition. We refueled the car just 5 km from the airport and returned it in excellent condition, yet we have not received the deposit refund, nor any follow-up communication. I would not recommend using Felirent. The service was disappointing, and the lack of communication regarding the deposit refund was unacceptable.

I rented a car from Felirent in Cagliari, Sardinia, via DoYouItaly.com. Despite prepaying the full amount including full insurance, I was unexpectedly informed at the car pick-up that additional charges would apply due to my card type and these charges were higher than i already paid. This led to an unpleasant surprise with added costs. I also left a deposit, which was promised to be refunded upon returning the car with a full tank, but I have not yet received it. I would advise others not to use the services of this company. Really bad experience. At the end the cost of the car rent was the same as the cost of the accommodation rental.

Bij het inleveren van de auto werden we zeer onbeschoft en zelfs agressief benaderd. Ondanks het feit dat we bij de verhuur een complete verzekering hadden afgesloten moesten we in 1e instantie €370 betalen voor een miniem deukje die al aanwezig was bij het ophalen van de auto 3 weken daarvoor. Later namen ze “genoegen” met €61 afschrijving van creditcard. De tank die 5 minuten voor inleveren was volgetankt was volgens hen bij lange niet vol. Na protest en overlegging van tankbon geen verdere actie van hun kant. Toen ik foto’s maakte van de zogenaamde schade moest ik de foto’s verwijderen en mocht niet meer in de buurt van de medewerker of de auto komen. Hierbij werd zelfs bijna agressief opgetreden, en dat in een niet zo fijne buurt van Napels. Kortom nooit meer een rental auto van deze club! De auto was uitstekend overigens.

I have booked the car via EconomyBookings.com. I made a mistake when calling Felirent to pick me from the airport - I had included the 0 after +39 which resulted in the call not going through, and ended up taking a EUR16 taxi to the shop. I was attended by Eloisa. She spoke good English, explained at length the insurance, how local toll works, get the contact number correct and ensured a WhatsApp test msg went through so that I can get help in case of emergency. Thank you Eloisa. The return a few days later in the evening was met with a small crowd, and two ladies who appeared to have bumped their car (which needed more time to settle the insurance). I was able to clear my return quickly, also with Eloisa. Will come again when I next visit Milan.

Very Disappointing Experience with Felirent in Cagliari, Sardinia
We rented a car using the online platform from the car rental company Felirent in Cagliari Aeroport, Sardinia, from September 24th, 2024, to September 30th, 2024. We paid €178 in advance for the Fiat 500 rental and selected full insurance with no additional fees for peace of mind. Upon arriving to pick up the car, we were informed that the card of my husband was not acceptable, because it was a debit one. The employee gave us two choices: either contact DoYouItaly to modify the booking (which proved impossible), or pay an additional €32 per day for new insurance due to my card type, which totaled €192. Given the circumstances, we had no other option but to agree, as we were traveling with two small children and it was already late in the evening. Additionally, for 192 EUR, we were charged a €100 deposit, which was supposed to be refunded if we returned the car with a full tank, did not lose the keys, and did not damage the car off-road. We refueled the vehicle just 5 km from the airport for 60 EUR and returned the car in excellent condition. The husband even made a vacuum cleaning of the sand. However, despite everything being confirmed as fine upon returning the car, we have not received the refund for the deposit, nor have I received any follow-up communication regarding it. I would advise future travelers not to do business with Felirent. Based on my experience, I found the service and communication very bad and unsatisfactory.

À fuir absolument ! Des gens non sérieux et non respectueux. On était censé prendre la voiture à 10h on s’est retrouvé dans un lieu différent que celui indiqué sur leur site. On était récupéré par une autre personne après une attente de 25 min pour arriver a l’agence. Puis on a dû attendre pour plus qu’une heure car il fallait faire la queue pourtant on etait censé récupéré notre voiture à 10h. À côté de ça c’est des gens qui parlent mal aux gens .. Bref je déconseille fortement.
