Slow and useless

Paid £9 for next day delivery. Emailed me next day saying flowers out of stock for a week. Contacted customer service on 4 occasions to change order. Then they forgot to process, then it was out of stock, then it was the weekend. 6 days later no apologies, I’m getting a refund. Useless company and terrible service.

Birthday flowers didn't match the description online

I recently purchased some flowers for my Mother's birthday and the flowers that arrived were a pale imitation of the flowers advertised. My Mother took a picture of the flowers to say thank you and on viewing it I thought they looked a lot less substantial than the description/picture I ordered from. Upon checking this I confirmed that there were 16 flowers in the description/photo that I ordered and only 11 in the flowers that arrived. This is shockingly high proportion of flowers to be missing. I appreciate that mistakes happen but upon speaking to their customer service agent I was advised that I missed the 3 day window to report any issues (which is buried in amongst other T&Cs) and so was only offered a £10 voucher for a future order. I didn't even want a refund, just the flowers that I had ordered to be delivered. Poor initial experience and poor customer service in response. You have lost a customer.

Looking at some of the reviews, it seems that the majority of people have had a pleasant experience with this company. The trouble seems to start when you try and get your money back! I ordered a £50 bouquet for a birthday gift and on receipt it was poor quality, already wilting with broken stems etc. I reported this and was offered 15 pounds credit towards a next order but I didn’t really want to deal with the company again after receiving poor quality flowers. I was then offered a store gift of up to the value of the bouquet. Fair enough, in some instances this might have been ok but I had no use for a gift, I just wanted my money back as I don’t believe you should have to pay for something that’s simply not as described and of a poor quality. They asked me to send more pictures in which I did and they advised that due to the slight quality issue, they would refund 15 pounds. If less than 24 hours old flowers are brown and wilting then I’d hate to see more than a slight quality issue! I would have happily sent the flowers back! Wouldn’t use again.
