Poor costumer service

I ordered flowers on a Monday night to be delivered the following Friday. I immediately noticed that I put the wrong address for delivery so emailed costumer service to change address (no longer that 5 minutes after the order was placed the same evening). I had to email as the costumer service number was closed. I received an email the next morning (Tuesday) saying the delivery address cannot be changed as there was not enough notice given for the change and the order had been dispatched. How much notice do I need to give, is 5 minutes to long? its not like the flowers were next day delivery. I now have to re order more flowers as there will be no one at the address where the flowers will be delivered on Friday. Last time I will order with this company

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. (Birthday 75) Never arrived. Contacted company (Some BS about Ts&Cs) Asked for full refund (Some more BS about Ts&Cs) Save your money! DONT BOTHER!

DO NOT USE - UTTER ROGUES

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my friend who was recovering from a heart attack. I ordered them Saturday for Tuesday delivery. It’s now Wednesday and no update! I used on line chat and received an apology and here is your link! I had to ask why they were late.Then I saw as told they were late because I was sending them to the outer reaches of Scotland! Utterly unbelievable. You can send anything to anywhere in the UK and it not take 2 days. Complete rogues. DO NOT USE. I suggest INTERFLORA instead.

I’ve ordered from here and have never had a bad bunch. My girlfriend complimented the last bunch she received saying “you can tell these are really good high quality flowers”.
