Feeling ripped off🤬

The app added £8.99 for delivery which I couldn't remove, it also offered 10% discount which was not claimable when in checkout. Feeling thoroughly ripped off 🤬 Perhaps prestige flowers will tread this and contact me to remedy their errors? Please review myOrder no. 8548847 and reply with positive news

Good Customer Service & Prompt Delivery

I live in California and I have used Prestige Flowers many times for international delivery (mainly UK). I like their flowers and flower arrangements and their timely delivery as well. At one time I had made a mistake on the delivery date and when I sent them a message they were very responsive and corrected the delivery date immediately. I would highly recommend Prestige Flowers for any occasion.

Please avoid, don’t waste your money

Ordered for my mum but to my address, thank goodness. I could not give the flowers as a gift for shame, the bouquet was sparse and 2 of the flowers were dead and mouldy, it looked nothing like the website. I had to buy another bouquet from the local supermarket as a replacement. I complained to Prestige Flowers, they admitted there was a ‘slight quality issue’ but after many emails and photos back and forth they would not refund my order. I am now £36 out of pocket and the flowers had to go in the bin, such a waste. Please avoid this company, it’s a scam - showing lovely flowers on their website but not delivering them, I don’t know how they keep getting away with it. I have tried twice to leave a review on their website, it says it has been posted but never shows up 🤔

Prestige flowers were amazing. I made a mistake in the address I was sending the flowered to. I e mailed them and they sorted it immediately.
