They give dead flowers

I had a very disappointing experience with prestige flowers. I received a bouquet of roses that arrived looking wilted and far from fresh. When I reached out to customer service, Lois initially acknowledged the quality issue and even offered compensation. However, after further discussion, they suddenly reversed their stance, claiming the flowers were fine and only had “guard petals”—despite previously admitting there was an issue. I had to go back and forth multiple times, sending additional photos and explaining why the flowers were not in acceptable condition. Instead of honoring their initial acknowledgment of the issue, they backtracked and refused to provide a proper resolution. This is not the level of quality or customer service I expect from a florist. If a business cannot stand by its own quality control, it makes me question their reliability. I will not be ordering from them again.

Recommended to 3 guys I was sat with straight away! Excellent Value for Money

The website is easy to use, and they have great optional extras to add for that special treat. The range of personal cards is also very good. Added to all that, the prices pose good value for money compared to other websites I have used.

Really disappointing

Really disappointing. Ordered a large bunch of flower for my elderly aunts birthday hoping it would stand out from the many she was likely to receive. This arrived on the Thursday. On the Friday I visited her and saw the flowers they looked a bit droopy but thought they would pick up. By Saturday it was obvious they were dead. All her other flowers she recieved by post blooming nicely. As it was the weekend I decided Monday morning I would call prestige flowers and tell them of my disappointment once I’d got back home. Told reporting has to be done within 3 days and there was nothing they could do. No sorry to hear this or any apology. A £10 voucher could be issued and thats all. Been using this company for the last 2 years and with my last ordered renewed my yearly delivery cost. Shame because I won’t be using them again. Been happy with other orders but something went wrong with this order. But how a company deals with things when they go wrong, says a lot about a company. Prestige failed badly here. My advice is to use a company that has customer service and satisfaction as it main objective In answer to your response. Hi Tom Thanks for your response. Glad your looking into this so that it doesn’t happen again to other customers. Those hoping to send flowers this valentines might want to go else where whilst you do this. I will explain to my 87 year old aunt that you are doing this for future customers ,but as for her birthday flowers ,she can suck it up. Not your best day Tom in resolving a problem with a dissatisfied customer but none the less you’ve done it publicly for others to see how your company resolves issues.

I had 2 flowers deliveries from this…

I had 2 flowers deliveries from this company and each time, the flowers arrived brown and old. They were not fresh flowers. I sent pictures and spoke to Customer Services and they were still not able to sort. It should only happen once, that poor quality flowers that were not fresh and sent out a 2nd time, is just careless.

What started off as a bunch of flowers…

What started off as a bunch of flowers from a secret admirer is now a four year relationship. Im not sure if it was the unique beautiful flowers or my charm but I’d like to think it was a bit of both. I would never use a different flower company on Valentines because of the 1/1 success rate!
