My experience is always good with Prestige. My wife always adores and enjoys the flowers and the little gifts (chocolate). They are always on time with delivery and the products are reasonable. I would always recommend them to anyone who wants to celebrate or send just because

I ordered these for next day delivery and my daughter got the late afternoon the next day. Prestige Flowers confirmed my order but 123 Flowers also claimed they’d receive the order. I had upped from a ‘standard’ bouquet to a ‘medium’ and dread to think what the ‘standard’ looked like! It cost £35.49 with a £5 add on for postage. I won’t be using this company again.

Easy to use website with add ons at extra costs such as message card or vase. Discounts easily available when signing up for emails. Good choice of bouquets compared to other sites. Different sizes of bouquets available but does incur extra costs which may not be obvious at first glance. Clear photos and descriptions, website presentation and colours look a little dated and don't really convey prestige image, but I am hoping the flowers on arrival will be top quality with a good delivery experience.
